CANDEFILT® - HMVX pleated PES (hydrophilic polyethersulphone) membrane cartridges are specifically designed as final sterilizing filters for wine and beverage filtration. This filter element provides the microbiological stability of the wine and the removal of all undesired contaminants in the product, maintaining the flavours, the colour and all the other organoleptic characteristics typical of the wine.

Innovative solution of surface configuration of the PES membrane together with higher filtration area of the CANDEFILT® - HMVX cartridge brings up to 20% longer service life in comparison with traditional membrane cartridges and also following advantages:

• significantly reduced affinity membranes to colloids and mucous substances
• faster flow of the filtered wines
• slower clogging of the filter pores
• easier and faster sanitation and regeneration

It can be easily tested with a minimum flushing volume before use. The construction is carried out in a controlled environment, with constant monitoring of all production parameters. The cartridges are 100% integrity tested and verified in production.

CANDEFILT filter cartridges are well-tried and proven products intended for different filtration types in all spheres, including the beverage industry or pharmaceutics. The diversity of capture rates in the filter cartridges essentially follows from the variations of the filtration material.

CANDEFILT filter cartridges feature workmanship quality, highly appreciated capacity and, with the use of special membranes, also 100% separation precision. The production range thus covers both filter cartridges of an absolute capture rate and other, for instance pre-filter, cartridges of a rated capturing capacity.
